Kids Program Detail: At American Top Team Of Rockledge, we are proud to offer a comprehensive Kids Martial Arts program that keeps students active and helps them overcome the threats of bullying in their everyday lives. Our kid's classes include instruction in the disciplines of Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. PLUS, we use the renowned BullyProof system to help students all across Rockledge overcome the threats of intimidation. This program is great for all ages and experience levels.

Woman Only Program Detail: Our Women's Self-Defense seminars are helping you stay safe in any situation. We're giving women all across Rockledge the chance to learn effective striking skills and react to a threat without wasting a second.
