Kids Program Detail: Learn basic fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a fun and friendly environment. We provide essential techniques for self-defense, with an emphasis on discipline and respect. This class provides children with an avenue to release all their built up energy, in a controlled manner while learning valuable self defense skills. We teach our students to always give their BEST effort in/out of the Academy. Most importantly, we always emphasize a respect for their Parents.

Woman Only Program Detail: Fantastic opportunity for women to stay lean or lose weight all year round. This class provides an intense cardiovascular workout, to burn thousands of calories per session, while also learning basic kickboxing techniques for self-defense.
