Our lineage goes back to the original creator of the martial art, Helio Gracie. Gracie Spring Hill is developing some of the best BJJ MMA athletes in Florida. Kids Program Detail: We offer a variety of programs for youth, whether you're just getting started in Martial Arts, or are an experienced little ninja! Our Kids Program starts at age 6 and we teach them discipline, respect, and how to properly defend themselves. Let's face it, in these times, we have to prepare our youth for the potential of facing a bully, and we equip our kids with the tools and confidence to properly handle these real-life situations.
