Kids Program Detail: Our kid's program is designed to help student's build a strong foundation and improve their overall understanding of Jiu Jitsu. They will learn fundamental techniques, coordination drills, and play interactive games. Our program includes teaching kid's how to prevent and defend themselves against bullying and other harmful situations. Kid's who train Jiu Jitsu see positive results in confidence, increased focus, discipline, social skills and overall mental and physical health.
