Kids Program Detail: Here at Bone Island Jiu Jitsu our kids programs main focus is to teach kids discipline, respect, restraint, and self defense. Our kids program consist of Jiu jitsu with a splash of Thai Boxing. Jiu Jitsu will help children close the distance and subdue bullies with little to no harm. Thai Boxing will also teach kids to protect against strikes along with how to strike back. Our classes also help with confidence, hand and eye coordination, and weight loss. We take a lot of pride in our children. So we don't turn kids away. Regardless of the situation!!!
