Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense system based on the principles of technique and leverage, which allow you to defeat opponents of much greater size and strength. Children are grouped by age: Little Ninjas Class 4 to 7 Years; Kids MMA Class 8 to 12 Years.
