Kids Program Detail: Jiu-jitsu is more than just another martial art. It is a form of body movement that integrates real-life combat scenarios to help its practitioners become effective at defending themselves, even if they are weaker or in a less advantageous position than their opponent. Stemming from practices in Japanese judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an excellent exercise of the mind and the body and our instructors are dedicated to helping you get the most out of every lesson.
