Kids Program Detail: Ages: 5 and up - Jiu-Jitsu will help your child develop self confidence while learning self defense. It will be practiced in a safe environment that promotes cooperation and respect for others. Jiu-Jitsu will challenge your child both mentally and physically. Your child will learn fundamental concepts and skills that will prepare them for more complex techniques in the future. Classes include demonstration of technique, drilling techniques, and live sparring.
