Kids Program Detail: It doesn’t matter how old your kids are or their experience level. At Dan Henderson’s Athletic Fitness Center, we’ve got classes for everyone. Our BJJ classes for kids are especially great as this is a non-aggressive combat skill that will teach them self-discipline, self-defense, patience, behavior control, and increase their strength, all while having fun. Our BJJ classes for kids will also help them meet other kids with the same interests and build a community together at our fitness center.
