Kids Program Detail: The Youth Self Defense class has a minimum age requirement of 7 and focuses on using Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) as the primary means of self defense. In a self defense scenario the ability of someone to defend oneself arises from a real working knowledge of techniques. Older kids that wish to compete can prepare to do so in this class.
