Kids Program Detail: With a focus on self-defense and personal development, we offer a kids program that uses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to develop self-esteem, discipline, confidence, compassion, and a good work ethic. These classes are taught in a positive, fun and friendly manner, so your child will enjoy learning the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. (Ages 5 – 15)
