Kids Program Detail: Flow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches kids ages 5-14 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, welcoming environment. Our approach is centered around building confidence and self esteem, while learning basic awareness and self defense concepts in a fun environment. Classes are split into two different age groups: The Piranhas (ages 5-9) and the Sharks (ages 10-14). The Piranhas are instructed by BJJ Purple Belt Angela Crawford and BJJ Blue belt Erin Scalli, and the Sharks are instructed by BJJ Brown Belt Hayden Martz and BJJ Blue belt Brandon Chaloux.

Pricing: Adult Classes - $85 per month; Kids Classes - $35 per month; Drop in fees - $15 per class
