Kids Program Detail: Our kids classes will be taught in the Gi and will focus on the fundamentals of BJJ. Kids will learn how to properly defend themselves and develop important character traits and values, including: Confidence; Discipline; Goal setting; Respect. The class structure is formed around a warm-up, techniques, drilling/sparring, and stretching.
