Our studio provides a place of learning for students of all ages and skill levels. You will also find a strong sense of camaraderie between students, family members, and instructors both inside and outside the studio that shows our motto is truly at the core of our program. Each program at TSMA has been personally developed by Master Instructor and 5th DAN Black Belt, Larry Treger with over 40 years of experience and Master Elizabeth Treger, 4th DAN Black Belt, with over 20 years of experience. Grounded in our core values of Character, Patience, Confidence, and Respect, our programs offer instruction specially developed for every age group, starting with our Tiny Dragons all the way to our Adult classes.

Kids Program Detail: These 40-minute classes focus on three very important areas of development for young children: listening skills, motor skills, and character development. First, we focus on listening skills; we want them to learn how to pay attention and follow directions. Next, we work on fun drills that help develop motor skills like balance, hand/eye coordination, and strength. Last, but still extremely important, is character development. All TSMA instruction is built around our four core values: Character, Confidence, Patience, and Respect. These are demonstrated in every aspect of our lessons, whether through the reinforcement of taking turns, sharing, or honesty in a game. Our classes are always fun, safe, and educational.
