Adults will love our No Gi Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and MMA programs whether they are looking to compete or get in awesome shape. We are the home of JNT who is a very successful Mixed Martial Arts competition team. The team consists of beginners, amateur champions and undefeated professional fighters

Kids Program Detail: Our Kids Karate program is designed to teach life skills in an age specific curriculum that is fun and engaging. Our Youth Martial Arts Program gives your child the tools to succeed at home and in school. Our structured Youth Martial Arts Program will teach your child the most effective stand up fighting techniques, ground control, and self defense for todays world. As well as how to focus their attention, Improving Listening skills and learn self discipline at the same time! They will also learn respect, courtesy, and build confidence through our positive reinforcement based training. They will gain essential physical skills from the program including improved coordination, control, and fitness levels. You and your child will have confidence knowing that they can safely act when faced with a bully or a stranger. The Youth Karate Program is taught in a fun and friendly atmosphere, with its certified professional instructors focused on safety. The curriculum is goal based with students earning belts that motivates them to continue using the life skills in and out of class!
