Details: We created this gym in order to bring a world class facility to Grand Rapids. MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world and FightHouse MMA gym is offering an opportunity to learn the sport from some of the best instructors in the world.

Kids Program Detail: Little Warriors (ages five to seven). Your child will begin to understand the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Boxing. They will be introduced to the basics of self-defense, as well as what it means to live a martial arts way of life. At Fighthouse MMA we focus on teaching your young child the basics of martial arts and self defense skills as well as the importance of being humble and respectful at all times. Junior Warriors (ages eight to twelve). Your child will learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Boxing as they build on the skills that they received in the Little Warriors program. The main goal of this program is to prepare your child to enter the adult program at Fighthouse where they will then be taught by world class Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors. If your child is interested in competition, we have a Junior Warrior competition team that does extremely well at grappling tournaments. Teen Warriors (ages thirteen to sixteen). Your child will continue to build on the fundamentals and will move into the more advanced techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Boxing while continuing our focus of the Core Values. The main goal of this program is to prepare your child to enter the adult program at Fighthouse where they will then be taught by world class Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors. If your child is interested in competition, we have a Teen Warrior competition team, which allow our students to hone their skills at a tournament level of intensity. We pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our teaching style over other common programs.
