Details: We provide a method of training for both young and old that enhances overall health, sharpens the ability to realistically defend against a real life attack, and continuously enhances individual character in a positive manner. We offer a curriculum that has evolved from integrating the most effective health, self-defense, and character development aspects of multiple styles of martial arts in one system; and this is all done in a family friendly environment. Our style (Kaizen Martial Arts) has blossomed as a result of our instructors training in several martial arts including Choi Kwang-Do, Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our method of teaching is an exciting and innovative approach to martial arts that combines all of the positive aspects of traditional martial arts (such as character development and positive mental attitude) with a training system that is pure innovation! Our system provides the most effective martial art for today's modern society, that is easy to learn - yet provides a complete health system for both body and mind. Unlike many martial arts used for external athletic competition, our class is designed to enhance students' overall health and ability to realistically defend themselves through internal competition.

Kids Program Detail: Little Ninja’s Class (ages 3-5): For 3-5 age group, we offer an age specific curriculum that is both educational and entertaining! Each class has a theme focused on developing various skills to help your child achieve success. Martial art skills are paired with life skills to further enhance young childhood development. Children’s Class (ages 6-12): Our children’s program, for the 6-12 age group, will teach your child how to act and react positively in many situations. Our positive approach to teaching will help some children to channel aggression while encouraging others to be more assertive. Through their training, children can expect to get regular exercise, improve coordination and motor skills, while learning effective self-defense skills and non-violent problem solving techniques. Children reach higher levels of academic achievement, develop good manners and learn the value of respect. Students come away from each class feeling better every day while developing a positive self-image that branches into all areas of their life!
