Kids Program Detail: Cub-Jitsu is Zoo BJJ’s training program specifically designed to help kids learn anti-bully, non-violent self-defense techniques while reinforcing the essentials of character development and life skills such as: respect, health, responsibility, self-discipline, citizenship, manners, etc. Additionally, your child will learn the key functional movement patterns and fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques that will set a solid foundation essential to further development in the sport. Above all, the goal of each class will be to have fun in a safe learning environment.
