Woman Only Program Detail: Our Womens class will focus from beginning to t mastery of the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you are just starting or are a more advanced practitioner, these classes are designed to practice and improve skill sets to keep sharp and functional. These classes, with the exception of the instructor and assistant instructors, are for women who have a desire to train with other female training partners. Women enrolled in this class are free to partake in regular adult classes any time they choose.
