It was proven to be the most effective martial art in the world in 1993 when Royce Gracie, a BJJ representative, defeated multiple bigger stronger opponents of other styles in a single night. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique, taking the fight to the ground – most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.

Kids Program Detail: Our kids' classes focus on basic Jiu Jitsu that will protect against bullies while teaching them to work cooperatively in a group setting, and gain confidence.

Pricing: Classes are $85/Month per student regardless of age. We offer a special women's only class that occurs on Mondays for a reduced rate of $40 a month.
