Kids Program Detail: Kids BJJ (7-13) - We take pride in developing the students of our community into well-rounded young adults who are confident and physically active. Give your child the best chance to thrive with our Youth Martial Arts programs. We’re dedicated to keeping your kids active with exciting martial arts classes that can build their confidence and develop personal character while keeping them safe in the face of danger. This discipline relies on utilizing leverage to give a smaller person a mechanical advantage over a larger, stronger adversary by relying on superior technique and body positioning. Jiu-jitsu includes self-defense techniques both standing and on the ground, including basic striking, throws/takedowns, and grappling.
