Kids Program Detail: The Fit to Fight® program for kids is designed to prepare children to deal with adversity, whether it be physical, emotional, or mental. Utilizing Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Krav Maga, Impact kids are exposed to a mixed modern combatives approach to martial arts, making them more well rounded, on and off of the mats.
