Kids Program Detail: Juniors lessons are tailored for Kids from the age of 4 through 14. For ease of learning, we provide both beginner and advanced classes. Contact us today to set up a Free Introductory Private Class for your child. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Juniors lessons emphasize ground defenses which includes chokes, arm bars, and other submission techniques to disable any opponent. We teach in a safe environment and instruct your child to be respectful, honest, focused, to deal with praise rightly, and to deal with critical thinking with an open mind. Each student builds up his/her self esteem so that they can learn, play, and socialize to be their desired best.
