Details: New England Brazilian Jiu-Jistu Academy is a place of learning where we believe in the idea that "no aspect of jiu jitsu is invented, only discovered. Every possible submission, sweep, or throw already exists…progression is a matter of revelation, we have to learn to see what is [already] there.” - Grand Master Francisco Mansur. Our academy focuses on the roots of the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As part of the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teams, BJJ Revolution, we pride ourselves in following the lineage of Carlson Gracie, Sr. as passed on by Masters Rodrigo Medeiros and Julio Cesar "Foca" Fernandez. We foster an atmosphere where every person is welcome to join us to learn and grow both in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and as a person. Our instructors have a combined 50 plus years of experience and training. Each instructor readily passes along their experience and knowledge. Every class is geared towards teaching and learning together, as we work towards expressing ourselves through concepts and technique.
