Kids Program Detail: With our Little Sharks Program, your child will develop- physically, mentally, and socially- as they train to become confident, strong, and capable. We provide a safe and supportive environment with our Little Sharks program so kids can: Learn fundamental Jiu Jitsu techniques and strategy; Develop better coordination, control, and focus; Grow and thrive physically and mentally as they transition to their junior years. Suitable for ages 5-6.
