Kids Program Detail: Our kids martial arts programs are for children ages 5 and up. These classes are offered multiple times per week and customized based on age, size, and skill level. Classes are currently split in to two age groups and two disciplines. Age groups and disciplines will be added once our current classes become too large to effectively progress in. We encourage students to progress at their own pace which leads to an increase in confidence levels as children accomplish new goals. We focus to develop strength and coordination in a fun yet challenging environment. Our curriculum encourages teamwork and effective communication to enhance each child's social skills on and off the mat while also rewarding them with health and fitness benefits.

Pricing: Single Member $80 per month; 2 Family Members $120 per month; 3 Family Members $160 per month; Family of 4 or more $200 per month
