We provide a friendly setting for youth and adult to learn and build knowledge in this amazing art. Our wrestling is designed with Jiu Jitsu in mind to provide a well round self-defense system.

Kids Program Detail: We offer a friendly family filled environment which allows children to learn and enjoy the art. Children from 5 to 13 years of age can enjoy this great class to build self-confidence, self-esteem, lose weight, make new friends and learn to defend themselves in life. We also have competitions which allows children to be competitive and achieve personal goals.
