Kids Program Detail: Our youth program offers the highest level of brazilian jiu jitsu to kis 4-16. We emphasize in Health and Fitness, Anti Bullying and benefits of higher self esteem and ability to focus on his lessons in and out of the classroom. The coach student ratio is never greater than 5-1 guaranteeing your child the attention needed to grow in this art. our class time is monday – friday at 4:14 and a family group day at 10AM on Saturday. As childhood obesity rate is starting to hit record hights. We emphasize healthy eating the importance of a active lifestyle making for a happy healthy child.
