We welcome practitioners of all ages, genders, body types, levels of experience, and reasons for training. We're here to teach those who want to learn the world's greatest martial arts and have fun doing it. We also offer family, friends, police, and active military discounts. Kids Program Detail: While the path of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu may at first seem only a method of self-defense, full of powerful techniques and physical training, it actually unfurls into a vast, enriching journey that warmly invites your child to develop wholly and joyously. In each class, our wise and experienced instructors walk alongside your child. They nurture not only the physical strength and technique intrinsic to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but also foster the growth of leadership and ethical strength. The journey of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of balancing - balancing the physical and the mental. Each session sees us returning to this journey, continuously guiding, affirming, and nurturing both the physical expertise and the foundational values of perseverance, focus, and self-belief.
