Details: Located in the 2nd Street Plaza in Jamestown NY, we are one of Upstate New York's premier Mixed Martial Arts Academies. Whether your goals are competing in combat sports, self-defense, or fitness, Kinetix Combat Sports & Fitness has the program for you. Kinetix Combat Sports & Fitness offers MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training. Our system is divided into two programs, Grappling which included both Gi and NOGI styles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling, and Striking, which includes training in Muay Thai Kickboxing. Train at Kinetix Combat Sports for personal development, fitness, or for the purpose of competition training. Our students range from MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Boxing competitors to recreational athletes. Our classes are designed for everyone and students can expect to receive individual attention from the instructor.

Kids Program Detail: Our goal is to build confidence, self-respect, self-esteem, and discipline in our children. We want to provide a foundation for learning, sport, and sportsmanship. Our Kids Program consists of two classes per week. Each session is one hour. With ages ranging from 7 to 12 years, our kids are given careful guidance and instruction. Our tested techniques and style are presented in a game based manner which allows our students to "play" and learn effectively with maximum retention.
