Details: At JJMDRN our mission is to offer top-notch specialized jiu jitsu instruction in a setting that welcomes the beginner as well as the seasoned practitioner. Our community is diverse and spans ages and backgrounds with a common goal of practicing jiu jitsu for self defense, health & sport. We ensure a safe, fun and casual environment. Each week we focus on one jiu jitsu position building our depth of knowledge and understanding in the position as the week progresses.

Kids Program Detail: Jiu Jitsu Modern helps children release their energy in a healthy and productive way. Our instructors teach children to focus on one task at a time, honing their abilities while developing critical thinking skills. There is a strong emphasis on working well with your teammates. These skills carry over in other areas in their life in a positive way. Creating hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, and confident children. MINI SCRAPPERS AGES 4-6; LIL GRAPPLERS AGES 7-9; SUB ARTISTS AGES 10-15
