Kids Program Detail: Birdman brings Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the kids of Gowanus, Park Slope, and nearby neighborhoods. We focus on real time skill sets that will help your children navigate bullying and other challenging situations. We teach BJJ fundamentals, strategic and critical thinking exercises that help build self esteem, self awareness, and confidence in both boys and girls. Weight loss and overall conditioning are also natural results of the training.
