Details: Behring Jiu Jitsu NY's program is built from the fundamental self defense principals created by Grandmaster Flavio Behring. Flavio had studied Jiu-Jitsu under the tutelage of BJJ's founder, Grandmaster Helio Grace. Our black belts are belted under directly under Grandmaster Behring, and the Behring Jiu Jitsu council.

Kids Program Detail: We offer youth classes in BJJ and Muay Thai. Get your kids started early in martial arts, and give them the knowledge and skills to be able to defend themselves. In addition to self defense, martial arts are a great avenue for character building!

Woman Only Program Detail: Designed for women, this class teaches basic BJJ techniques and practical self-defense skills. Learn fundamental takedowns, position controls, position escapes, and submissions and leave feeling stronger and more empowered than ever.
