Under the leadership of 2nd Degree Blackbelt Jason Plaisted, NOVA has an elite team of coaches, bringing more than 50 years of combined experience to the mats. The environment at NOVA Jiu Jitsu is unlike any other. Our community strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for all types of athletes.

Kids Program Detail: Open to children, ages 4-12. These classes provide kids with a safe, constructive and fun atmosphere to learn sportsmanship, build confidence and gain a different perspective on fitness.

Woman Only Program Detail: Nova’s Women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) program is structured to help females interested in pursuing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class offers a relaxed and non-threatening environment for all women. We welcome and encourage beginner students to attend.
