Kids Program Detail: Our most popular kids program, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu "BJJ" is the fastest growing martial art in the world. This is primarily due to its effectiveness in self-defense, combat, and competition. Not only is BJJ highly effective, but it is able to be adapted by kids of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds. Our curriculum teaches positions, transitions, sweeps, escapes, throws, take downs and submissions to kids of all experience levels. Students will learn to set goals and learn how to work hard to achieve their goals by earning rank in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The Legacy Martial Arts Academy believes that an exciting atmosphere, paired with positive reinforcement, will lead to a child's success no matter their skill level!
