Our journey as an academy has been no different than our journeys as individuals through jiu jitsu. Discipline and hard work are the backbones to our success on and off the mats. GFTeam Toledo and GFTeam Perrysburg offer the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction available, with instructors who are committed to giving you the best instruction in our state of the art facility. We offer several programs for adults and kids of all ages, always providing our students a safe and family friendly environment. The training programs we offer will increase your martial arts knowledge while improving your fitness, self confidence and discipline. Our high level instruction ensures that our students will be able to defend themselves and have the opportunity to take their training to the next level. By keeping a family friendly environment we offer you a comfortable atmosphere to learn in. We take pride in our family like gym atmosphere as our students can find support and friendship on the mats. With classes morning and evening, basic to advanced, GFTeam Toledo has a program for all ages. All of our instructors are actively training and improving their Jiu Jitsu knowledge to pass on to the students.

Kids Program Detail: Ages 5-7 & 8-12 - This class is a safe and fun class first focusing on the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and self defense. We structure our program to increase your child’s discipline, respect, confidence/self esteem, leadership, and fitness. Woman Only Program Detail: Our women’s only class is taught by women for women. Our goal with this program is to instruct and empower the students with a strong fundamental base of Jiu Jitsu and self defense. The Women’s only class brings comfort and support to the students which creates a positive training environment.
