We offer over 40 classes a week in five systems giving you the tools you need for all skill ranges and scenario’s. Kids Program Detail: When your child begins his/her training, many physical and mental attributes will start to develop. Technical proficiency requires many physical skills. Balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and stamina will all be acquired through our intense curriculum and promotional testing. Discipline is a reflection of confidence and respect. Discipline develops through consistent training and positive encouragement of our staff. Requiring high standards of conduct and setting realistic goals helps to develop a focused and positive mind set. Thus improving ones attention span and ability to concentrate. The attributes of training, both mental and physical, will all be carried into adulthood; this is achieved in a disciplined, fun and dynamic environment.
