Details: We do our best, god does the rest" was the motto we created with our team's inception back in 2007. We have stuck with it since. We believe that the only thing we have control of once we step onto the mat, into the ring or when the cage door closes is our preparation, mental focus and attention to detail. We make sure that we are as well prepared as possible for any competition to remove any doubt as to whether we are ready or not.

Kids Program Detail: Our kids classes are designed to mix exercise, balance, coordination , self defense and social skills using Professor Juniors Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Combining techniques and fun the children are able to have fun while learning valuable skills in a safe environment!
