Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a defensive art that teaches us to only use self-defense when needed. Children in our program will learn a variety of self-defense techniques against grabs, pushes, punches etc., and how to safely escape, neutralize, and control a bully on the ground. From their first day, we focus on teaching children how to calmly and confidently diffuse a situation without having to use Jiu Jitsu for defense. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is physically and mentally challenging and will be an exciting journey for anyone.
