Kids Program Detail: Not all of the kids' class time is strictly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique, there are a lot of activities that are great exercise (and quite often fun), but still helpful in building self defense skills and confidence. Kids may start class at age 5. Teens may move up to the adult's class when both they and the instructor feel it is appropriate.

Pricing: Kids class - $90/Month, Adults class - $125/Month, Women's only class - $60/Mo. (if not already paying for Adults class membership), Punch Card - $100 / 11 Classes, Walk-in (BJJ) - $10 Mat Fee (after free trial), Family Plan - first person at full price, 2 people are $160, 3+ people $220. Discount for Military, Veterans, First Responders, and Law Enforcement.
