Details: Come to our Boxing class! You will learn to punch and kick like a pro and get a great cardio workout at the same time. You don't have to be a fighter to come to this class, just have the motivation to get in shape and have fun doing it. Or maybe you are interested in our Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. Learn to subdue an opponent using technique instead of strength with joint locks an chokes. We offer adult and children's classes in Gi BJJ and adult classes for No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Thai Boxing and Kickboxing. We will work with you to help you achieve your goals; whether that is self-defense, getting and staying in shape or competing in Jiu Jitsu.

Kids Program Detail: Our kids classes are fun and challenging. Whether you want to teach your child respect and discipline, get them in shape or teach them how to deal with bullies we are the program you are looking for. They will learn the sporting side of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as self defense which is what BJJ was developed for. We incorporate games into training to make it fun and your child will learn diligence while trying to achieve belt ranks.
