Details: Here at Brazilian Top Team Happy Valley, we strive to create a family friendly community. We want our gym to feel like a second home for our members. Family and friends are welcome to observe classes. Children are also welcome to observe classes under adult supervision. We do not offer daycare at this time. Our experienced coaching staff are constantly competing and practicing in order to teach proven battle techniques NOT exercise fads. Each coach brings a unique set of skills to our team and all of us care about our members on a personal level, providing as much guidance as we can along each member’s fitness journey. We offer a variety of programs for ages starting from 3 years up to adults and actively practice a multitude of disciplines ranging from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and striking to safety and cleanliness.

Kids Program Detail: This class is comprised of kids from ages 8 up to 14 years old. It is not only a great beginner class for kids new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but it’s also a continued education course for our advanced students. Multiple coaches teach this class allowing us to break into groups according to skill levels, ensuring that everyone remain focused and engaged throughout the entire class while no child feels left behind. Our mat chats are focused around discipline, fitness and building healthy habits. We believe these root lessons should be instilled early in the lives of our children. And we are dedicated to raising strong, confident, and powerful leaders.
