Details: Impact Jiu Jitsu Salem offers gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction to adults and children. We also offer kickboxing, boxing, and MMA classes!

Kids Program Detail: Our coaches provide the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, with a focus on values and character. We provide a positive and encouraging environment, to give the kids a real sense of accomplishment and pride in what they learn each day. The class is an hour of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, starting with a warm up and then focusing on body weight manipulation, throws, take-downs, joint-locks, and chokes. The Lil’ Champ classes also incorporate fun games into class to keep it interesting. We encourage all our students to compete, as it helps build confidence and gives us a great opportunity to teach good sportsmanship. We like to see all of our students win and lose with pride and excitement.
