Kids Program Detail: Physical play, rough-housing, and wrestling around are natural parts of growing up. Youth also have the added complexity of social dynamics, bullying, sports, and physical development. Our program helps youth athletes navigate the process of growing up by equipping them with martial arts skills, robust physical fitness, and confidence.
