Details: Established in 2006, we pride ourselves in providing you with the highest quality Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Self-Defense in Central Pennsylvania. We started PA–Grappling in 2006 as a Mixed Martial Arts school. The focus at that time was to offer a fully functional Mixed martial Arts (MMA) school to Central Pennsylvania. From 2006-2009 we had over 20 active fighters both Pro and Amateur, we competed in over 10 different organizations, and had 3 UFC fighters come through the door for training and coaching. During the same time period we had over 15 submission grappling champions, a Kickboxing champ and an endless amount of active grapplers. In 2009 there was an evident need for a more intense focus on the Martial Art Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. PA–Grappling joined the the Pedro Sauer Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association. Since 2010 PA–Grappling has had multiple students achieve ranking in the PSBJJA and have successfully built a school based on discipline, respect, and practicality. We currently have students from many different walks of life that practice the art for sport, self defense, and enlightenment.

Kids Program Detail: The Kid’s Youth Martial Arts teaches the basics of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing to prepare them for further advancement in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self defense. The course is designed so that the children learn how to execute the basics of each discipline as well as boosting your childs confidence. This is a great way to Bulleyproof your child. Our kids and youth programs are open to all levels. Our kids and youth programs are designed to promote exercises as a fun activity. Curriculum includes improving self management skills, discipline, listening, and demonstrating cooperation and respect towards others.

Pricing: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Adults - Monthly $70.00/monthly agreement, By 3 Month Agreement $165 One Discipline ($55 x 3, save $15), By 1 Year Agreement $600 One Discipline ($50×12, save $120). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Youth) 3 -12 years - Monthly $45.00/month, $35.00/3 per month agreement. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Private Lessons $25.00/session, $25 Each / $100 for 5 Lessons.
