Details: Saga Jiu Jitsu is run by two black belts in Brazilian jiu-jitsu under the renowned SAS team, Kyle Myers and Maida Eldebas. We look forward to helping anyone in their jiu-jitsu journey from brand new beginners to veteran black belt competitors and MMA fighters.

Kids Program Detail: We offer specific classes just for children to learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and fun environment. Jiu-Jitsu is a great outlet for kids, and provides essential self-defense skills, teaches problem solving and dealing with adversity, and can help develop self-confidence all while being a great form of exercise and activity. If you’re a parent that trains, this can be a great way to connect with your children through a shared hobby. All kids classes are taught by a high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with a teaching style that allows for individual attention and a fun and engaging class structure. Kids can start at age 7 and up.
