At High Ground Jiu-Jitsu we offer the absolute best in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling. Classes are available for students of all ages. Kids Program Detail: At High Ground, our youth program is a comprehensive and dynamic curriculum that will teach your child the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self defense and sport applications. Starting at age 5, your kids can start learning valuable life skills in a safe and fun environment. Some of the life skills we focus on are conflict resolution, stranger danger, dealing with bullies, and self defense for many different situations. We stress the importance of mutual respect and courtesy towards teachers, parents, and peers at school, and at home as well as at our academy. Our goal is to work with you towards the positive development of your child. Your child will be a part of a strong and supportive Jiu-Jitsu family, a rich Jiu-Jitsu heritage, and a thriving global Jiu-Jitsu community. Most importantly they’ll be having fun, gaining confidence, as well as exercising their mind and body. Our well qualified instructors and coaches are thoroughly vetted and continually trained in our curriculum and teaching methods.
