Details: We are a Martial Arts Academy in Latrobe Pennsylvania. We specialize in MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Fitness, and Youth Classes. Our goal is to help our members learn a functional Martial Art and provide them with a safe and fun way to get in shape

Kids Program Detail: Our Lil Brutes classes are a great introduction into martial arts for any young boy or girl. Our classes are a mixed martial arts based class covering Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Wrestling. We feel that in order to properly learn self defense that learning all of the functional martial arts is the best option. Each Lil Brutes class usually consists of a 10 minute warm up that involves different exercises and calisthenics. After that we go over techniques and do drills. At the end of class we usually play a game or a class challenge, dodgeball, crab soccer, tug of war etc. Our classes are great for any skill level!

Woman Only Program Detail: Quik Kix is a fast paced cardio kickboxing class. We usually start out with a 10 minute warm up followed by a our own fast paced kickboxing workout. Though we will go over some basic kickboxing technique this class is focused mainly on getting a great workout.
