Kids Program Detail: Our Little Warriors class is offered for all kids ages 5-12. Classes combine teaching the basic techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with exercises and games to improve your child's listening and motor skills, fitness level, and self-discipline. Our goal is to ultimately help form your child into the best version of themselves on and off the mat. We try to ensure that kids in our program are happier, healthier and have the qualities and skills that will help them throughout their lives.
