We are the community’s premier instructional source for Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Kodokan Judo; providing complete immersion in grappling arts! We are not distracted from our goal of true grappling mastery by offering hot button ‘money maker’ programs like Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We specialize in developing the characteristics associated with grappling; confidence, discipline, hard-work, and leadership with programs for people of all ages beginner through advanced!

Kids Program Detail: KID-JITSU (5-7 years old) “Keeping It Playful”. Young children do not want to learn, they want to play! We have secretly developed a number of games that teach basic self defense techniques without the children even realizing it! Through playing martial arts games, our students are “tricked” into learning and properly executing the foundations of Gracie Jiu Jitsu! Instructor enthusiasm and excitement is key to our Kid Jitsu program. Once our students master the techniques of Kid Jitsu or turn 8 years old they may join our Kids Jiu-Jitsu class. JUNIOR JIU-JITSU (8-12 years old) “Gracie Jiu-Jitsu for kids!”. Jiu Jitsu literally translates to “the gentle art”. In the junior program, we focus on instructing our non-violent, self-defense Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Beginners Program techniques with a focus on using their skills to “neutralize and negotiate” with the bullies. Verbal assertiveness strategies are a major portion of this curriculum. A child needs absolutely no experience to start, and we guarantee a noticeable increase in your child’s confidence, skill, and demeanor within a few short weeks! Once our students master the techniques of junior jiu-jitsu or they turn 13 years old they may join our adult curriculum. Their journey in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is sure to become a life-long habit!

Woman Only Program Detail: Dangerous Damsels is our ongoing women’s only self defense program that focuses on getting away from an attacker intelligently through timing, technique, and strategy! This program not only teaches the techniques and strategies of our Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Beginners Program but also the psychological strategies and emotional control necessary to survive a sexual predator. This program is aimed at, should the unthinkable happen, you are prepared to defend and escape an attacker. This is not a sport but a means of survival! After completing either our Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Beginners Program or our Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Women’s Program, female students have the option of joining our Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Advanced Program to further their training and transformation!
