At Profectus Jiu-jitsu, we help you develop the mental skills, problem-solving ability, functional movement, and mindset to calmly deal with difficult situations. This feeling of calm confidence allows you to be more patient, more forgiving, and more effective in dealing with all of life’s challenges.

Kids Program Detail: Our kids program is open to children ages 4 and up. Classes are designed to help our students develop the base fundamentals of grappling. Our program promotes self-esteem/confidence, discipline, growth mindset development and compassion. Classes are taught in a positive and fun environment to encourage students to enjoy learning the art of Jiu-Jitsu. While we never push or force students to compete, it is absolutely encouraged and nourished when the child themselves show interest! As you look through our schedule, you will find two age groups for our kids program. The Little Gorillas is for ages 4-7 and The Big Gorillas is for ages 8-13. This split allows us to challenge all our students according to their cognitive and developmental capacity.
